A group of enthusiastic people with a mission & vision to contribute, the best to the society through quality education and service, registered a Trust in the year 2001 with the name ‘EBEN-EZER EDUCATIONAL CHARITABLE TRUST’. The Trust professes the motto “Light Up The Darkness” means that the darkness of ignorance from the society can be removed only through Quality Education and Dedicated Service. Since its inception Dr. N.K. GEORGE, the Founder Chairman and other members of the trust have been striving solely to promote the art of healing and quality education with excellence and relevance. |

| Objectives... |

- To establish value based Educational Institutions, Medical Colleges, Hospitals, etc to impart education and to serve the Indian Public without any discrimination of caste, creed, or community.
- To engage in activity/activities of educational, social, cultural, moral or any other that contribute to the total development of socially backward classes in and around Bangalore, irrespective of caste, creed or community.
- To establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and or to aid or to help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running orphanages, widow homes, dispensaries, hospitals, old age homes, poor houses or other establishments, for relief and/or help to the poor, old and infirm people and/or destitute irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
- To help the weaker sections of the society, irrespective of their caste, creed and religion, for their socio-economic upliftment by all legitimate and constitutional means.
- Generally to do such acts, deeds and other things, which are incidental and conductive to the attainment of all or any other of the above objectives.
